HP Compatible Cartridges

The cartridges were a good buy and are working well for me. The support and communication from Toner Pals addressed my concerns such that I will likely buy from them the next time I need cartridges.

good but not great

The two HP15 black and HP78 tri-color cartridges arrived well packed. They work in my old HP PSC750 (other refills in the past often did not!). However, my printer does not recognise the cartridges and continues to ask for realignment. I can still print, but as the cartridge cannot be aligned properly the print quality is clearly inferior (you would not want to print an applcation or any important document, but everyday printing for coupons, info etc is acceptable).

I was skeptical in ordering these cartridges for my old printer. The reviews were mixed to whether they worked or not. There were good and bad. I took my chances and was truly amazed. The color was great not off any. I am impressed to say the least, I will definitely order from this company again. They arrived much sooner than I thought. I was saved at least $40.00.
