I used HP – since they made the laptop – and that also went very smooth (slight language issue, but very polite). Express pickup and delivery via FedEx. Came back in 8 days total. Emailed SquareTrade the $326 invoice and next day it was paid. The only way it could be any better is if I lived next to the repair Depot. (For those interested, the fan failed, which then overheated the video card and eventually it would no longer even boot.
